“Music is probably the only real magic I have encountered in my life. There’s not some of the trick involved with it. It’s pure and it’s real. It moves, it heals, it communicates. And does all these incredible things.” – Tom Petty

Last year in October, the legend Tom Petty died far too early at the age of 66. The musician has been a great example for many artists, including Dave and his band Voltage. To fully honor Petty and his music, Voltage – with extensive staffing – will enter the clubs in the autumn of 2018 and spring of 2019 to give a big best-of show. With well-known hits such as Free Fallin and Mary Jane’s Last Dance, the Dutch audience will again enjoy a passionate band that approaches the ultimate Tom Petty feeling.

About Dave Vermeulen:
Dave started his career with his own band Voltage in 2011 and had his first breakthrough during his adventure at The Voice Of Holland 2015, where he eventually came second. Two own club tours, big festivals such as the Zwarte Cross, Paaspop, a support performance for his own heroes Status Quo in the HMH all passed.

Dave Vermeulen’s Voltage will give one show in Amsterdam on the 15th of December at Sugar Factory. Tickets are now on sale!
