indie, rock, pop

Please note: this show has been cancelled. Ticket buyers will receive an email with further information.

One night, three Dutch indie bands: this December, you’ll celebrate the start of the most festive week of the year with The Lucky Ho! Ho! Horse Show. The line-up: The Great Communicators, Kitchenette, Figgie.

The Great Communicators
Led by Arend Dijkstra and Shawnee Erfmann, The Great Communicators churn out preening indie gems that swoop and soar like a breezy joyride along the coastlines. The stage is where the Communicators’ whimsical energy truly shines the brightest, producing euphoric melodic riptides that jump at you like images from the canvas of some surrealist painting.

Kitchenette is a new indie pop project by musician Chris O. Kikic. Being a highly gifted guitarist, it is not surprising that he lets his six strings stand out in the songs. With influences from the likes of Kurt Vile and The War On Drugs.

Figgie is a Dutch indie rock band led by Paul Scheenstra. They make alternative songs with layered rhythms about Vincent, Nathalie, Matthijs, swimming, searching and staying. Inspired by the likes of Porches, Unknown Mortal Orchestra and Foals.
